**Responsibilities**:
- Support the development and implementation of innovative tactical programs to support the company’s International countries.
- Coordinate and communicate product/activity related information within the organization.
- Participate in project-based opportunities to further develop your knowledge and skills.
- Develop an understanding of competitors and their product ranges, ensuring you are able to professionally communicate the value difference in terms of efficacy, safety and market strategy.
- Assisting with coding, documenting and processing invoices in a timely manner, monthly accruals
- Raising purchase orders, creating new vendors and collating documentation for competitive bidding.
- Ensure timely upload of promotional materials, agreements and events to meet compliance requirements.
- Ensure that contracts are administered with HCPs in relation to sponsorships, support and events.
**About You**:
- Educated to a degree level or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in Pharma or Scientific Agency
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time & on budget
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Likes to tackle new work challenges and tasks.
- Believes one has control over work outcomes.
- Seeks out new ways to do things and new approaches to issues.
