**Main Responsibilities**:

- Act as a key contact supporting the finance and non-financial teams with all areas affecting costs (variable and fixed) and all associated planning, reporting and accounting.
- Support business changes taking an active role in both Finance and Sales projects, focusing on development of new tools, process efficiencies and new business concepts relating to cost/profit optimization.
- Develop a detailed understanding of the planning process ensuring regular forecasts, Marketing and variable costs, scenario budgeting, detailed variance analysis (vs previous plans and actuals).
- Prepare and input all required monthly accounting in relation to variable and fixed costs, including associated reporting and analysis.
- Streamline and develop continuous process and system improvement

**Key Skills and experience**:

- Part qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), or working towards
- Strong IT Skills, including Excel
- Ability to influence stakeholders, including excellent communication skills, working well across multiple functions and at all levels of the business
- Manage multiple tasks, prioritising as required and manage stakeholder expectations accordingly
- Able to pick up new systems quickly and efficiently
- Highly organised and proactive, team player
