We are currently recruiting a Marketing Manager to supporttheexpansionofGroup companies within the energy efficiency and construction sectors.

This role will require a blend of leadership and activity management that supports all group entities, managing brand continuity across multiple platforms in line with group corporate strategy and objectives.

**Prime Accountabilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies and objectives
- Create engaging written and visual content that is suitable for output across multiple channels
- Engage with and support departments with marketing,sales and corporate collateral
- Liaison and management of PR and creative design agencies
- Develop,implement,and manage digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to the company website and social media channels
- Website maintenance and development
- News,blog and social media management
- Production of documents,event material,literature and presentations
- Internal communications
- Management of branding and corporate brands
- Monthly marketing reports

**Professional Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years marketing executive (management preferrable) experience
- Construction and/or manufacturing experience desirable
- Marketing/Business related Degree and/or Professional Qualification
- Excellent understanding of marketing principles within a B2B environment.
- Demonstrable ability to self-motivate,work in cross-functional teams and remain flexible.

Although based at their headoffice in Lancashire, the role will also involve time spent across various group and external stakeholder locations / events.
