My client, a reputable IFA located in Dorking, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for the position of Head of Paraplanning and Customer Experience. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner who is eager to grow and work alongside a phenomenal Adviser, providing invaluable support in both the technical aspects of report preparation and customer-facing service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Technical Support: Collaborate closely with the Adviser to assist in the preparation of reports, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Customer Service: Deliver impeccable service to clients, acting as a point of contact for their inquiries, requests, and concerns. Provide proactive and personalised support to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimisation and streamlining. Work closely with the CEO to implement efficient systems and procedures, ensuring adherence to established processes while suggesting improvements to make the overall workflow simpler.
- Team Management: As the company expands, you will have the opportunity to manage a team of Paraplanners and IFA Administrators. Provide guidance, support, and training to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Future Growth: As you gain experience and demonstrate exceptional skills, there is potential to transition into an Adviser role, my client will support your professional development and training requirements.
