Working as part of a team of Customer Service Advisors, you will provide the business with your expertise in managing the metered billing process. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the business by investigating high and low consumption and having quality conversations with our customers.

We are passionate about customer service, so our Customer Service Advisors are available Monday to Friday 7am-8pm, Saturday 8am-6pm and Sunday 9am-5pm, therefore flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required to work in our Metered Billing Team.

Previous experience in a similar environment would be great, however, just as important are excellent communication skills, and a real drive to wow our customers.
