**What’s the opportunity?** We are on the lookout for an experienced, skilled, and highly organised co-ordinator and events planner to join our newly forming People, Culture & Talent team. In this newly created role, you will use your prior experience of planning and organising, to effectively manage events, programmes, and team specific duties across the employee lifecycle. Duties to include supporting, co-ordinating and managing all our people programmes, events, and co-ordination, as well as providing PA support to the Director. Your background is not relevant, as long as you are organised and planned, but we would love to have someone join the team who is curious in general andwould like to learn more about the world of People, Culture & Talent, and in particular the future of work, and working practices that effect business’ today. **About the role**: The role will involve the following tasks - Schedule and Plan all People Programmes - Co-ordinate Delegate Invitations - Manage Team Activity Calendar - Source Venues & Bookings - Evaluation Reports to measure event and programme success - Invoices & Payments Processing - People Data Analysis and Analytics - Build Relationships with External Suppliers - PA Support for Director **What you will need**: - Confidentiality - due to nature of People Data Involved - Excellent organisation skills - Flexible, consultative, and adaptable in nature - Curiosity to question the "how" and "why" - Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Able to travel across the UK as necessary - Good standard of PowerPoint and Excel Skills **About us** Established in 1951, CEF is privately owned and is a global business and is a leading supplier of electrical products and services for professional buyers and installers.
