- Working as part of a team to deliver excellent quality, person-centred activities, and social activities for residents.
- Plan special events and group activities, on occasion creating personalised plans for residents.
- Experience and a passion for Arts and Drama related activities.
- Facilitate opportunities for residents to spend time together.
- Ability to work set hours, flexible to meet the needs of the organisation.
- Must have a good command of written and spoken English.
- Relevant vocational qualifications (achieved or working towards).
- Experience working with elderly residents suffering from dementia.
- Knowledge of care of the elderly patients' Charter of Rights.

**Required Criteria**
- Ability to work set hours, flexible to meet the needs of the organisation.
- Must have a good command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication skills, specifically with the elderly.

**Desired Criteria**
- Relevant Vocational Qualification (achieved / working towards).
- Experience of working with elderly residents suffering from dementia.
- Knowledge of Care of the Elderly Patients Charter of Rights.
