- **Compliance**: Adhere to banking regulations and compliance standards to ensure the security and confidentiality of customer information.
- **Documentation**: Accurately maintain customer records, document interactions, and follow established procedures for record-keeping.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance or related field is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the banking industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
