We have great opportunities for Tracking Administrators to join our busy HGV division here at Zenith.

Based at our fantastic Headquarters at Kirkstall Forge, Leeds, this role is crucial in tracking the repairs & services of vans, trucks and trailers to ensure downtime is minimised and our customer fleets are always moving forward.

Some of the things you will be doing:

- Liaising with repair agents on various maintenance issues and updating our systems with detailed and accurate information.
- Being aware of each customer's service contract obligations and individual operating requirements or restrictions, including financial, and escalate repairs that will not meet these to the appropriate Fleet Controller (don't worry, you'll get excellent training)
- Keeping accurate records in line with team and Operations Department protocol.
- Completion of various reports for internal and external distribution.

Experience and/or knowledge of commercial vehicles is desirable, but not essential. A great attitude and work ethic is a must

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as attention to detail, good IT skills and being well organised are important to the success in this role.
