Do you enjoy creating a unique experience for your customers? We are looking for a Call Centre Advisor to join our contact centre on a 9 months fixed term contract. If you don’t have previous optical experience, not to worry as we can provide you with allthe training and support that you need to be successful.

**About you**

Previous optical experience is not needed to join our customer services team, however previous experience in a customer facing role with a passion for creating a unique customer experience is beneficial.

Our fast-paced contact centre is open 7 days a week to support both our customers and colleagues.
