**What is the role?**

**Host/Team Member** You are a passionate people person who is looking to work within a busy restaurant. You are confident, love to meet new people and bring a warm welcome for all our guests. You are the first point of contact and the person to bring our guests to our restaurant.

Perch is a premium bar in Stansted Airport, offering an innovative and inspirational food menu like no other. It’s cocktail bar ambience sets the mood for our guests who are travelling through the airport. It’s brand new and we are so excited to be bringing a touch of elegance to the offering at Stansted Airport and we are looking for passionate Team Members to join us

Sunny Side is a fashion led food & beverage experience for our guests travelling through Stansted Airport. Serving local coffee and all day brunch, we are sure to have your Instagram bursting with likes. Sunny side is a frivolous, vibrant concept celebrating a year’s long holiday vibe. It is an all-day brunching venue that reminds travelers to relax, get lost in time and laze, bringing the vibrancy of sunny poolside’s to the indoor space of the airport.

Due to airport flight schedules, our shift times vary. Our morning shifts can start as early as 3am and our late shifts can finish up to 11pm so you must ensure you are flexible to work one of these shift patterns. You will also be required to obtain a security pass to gain access airside at the restaurant, for this you will need to provide 5 year’s checkable referencing.
