General Manager - Salford
Our clients business is evolving and are looking for people who are up for the challenge of joining their Bingo Venues, as they continue on their journey of growth.
They have several exciting openings throughout the UK for General Managers to join the family; in return, you'll be fully trained to be able to perform all elements of the General Manager role successfully, so you're fully able to look after their wonderfulcustomers and team and eventually become a General Manager of your own Venue.
As a General Manager, you will be accountable for delivering consistent standards and results. You will learn to grow revenue and identify new opportunities to provide the customers with unique entertainment experiences. You will be a confident communicatorable to mentor, coach and engage your team to deliver your vision for success.
As a Bingo business, our client have operated in an environment where the key skills needed were revenue extraction and cost control. So, what's changed? Currently going through a 3-year Transformation Programme, meaning that our client needs to look at howthey maximise revenue generation in every business area. They're moving into a period of rapid change and huge investment.
You don't need to have a background in Bingo; all we ask is that you have experience of working in a hospitality, leisure or entertainment business and demonstrate a fun, energetic, caring nature and excellent leadership qualities. We're looking for someonewith a growth mindset, a focus on expanding the local customer-base, a passion for people that releases the energy and values of our team and a passion for our business that inspires those around them.
Maybe you've worked in pubs, an entertainment venue or spent long weekends working in restaurantsif so then you probably have the resilience and passion for customer experience that we're looking for.
If you're a change agent who is excited about the prospect of keeping the tradition of Bingo alive, but also turning our venues into somewhere you'd take a group of friends for a different kind of night out, then we'd love to hear from you; we can't promiseit'll be easy, but we can promise it'll be fun.
Your attitude is more important than experience, we are looking for people who love looking after customers, are fun, adaptable, caring and hardworking who will fit into a cheeky chatty environment.
