The Broughtons is seeking a passionate and reliable General Assistant to join our dedicated team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel happy and at ease within a spotless and welcoming home.

**What you'll do**:

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in resident bedrooms, communal areas, and staff areas.
- Efficiently manage laundry services, including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and linen management.
- Assist with housekeeping tasks like vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and window cleaning.
- Replenish supplies and ensure smooth operation of housekeeping and laundry equipment.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to create a supportive and positive environment for residents.
- Demonstrate respect, empathy, and understanding towards residents and their individual needs.
