**Project Support Administrator**with good communication skills and the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks and workloads is required for a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturing facility based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
**SALARY**:Starting from £29,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits

**WORKING HOURS**:40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
**JOB OVERVIEW**
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Project Support Administrator with good communication skills and the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks and workloads.
Working as a Project Support Administrator you will actively contribute to project support tasks under the supervision of the CMO Manager and Head of CMO, and in close collaboration with the Project Management team.
As a Project Support Administrator you will be required to support the improvement of existing PM administration processes and actively contribute to the setting up of new processes with the aim of maximizing the outcome efficiency.
**DUTIES**
Your role as a Project Support Administrator will include:
- Change Order Preparation (set up and finalization of the document, defining CO timelines together with PMs, collecting input from Bus Lines, keeping updated CRM and other internal tools etc)
- Monthly Governance Meeting attendance, working closely with Project Managers and Planner with the aim to contribute to an accurate revenue recognition and forecast process
- Support Revenue Recognition and Invoice processes, working closely with Project Managers and Planner, by Revenue/Billing Milestone monitoring and closure in the systems (including Fee For Service, FTE contract and pass-through cost) or by tracking WIP (forEarly Form); On a yearly/twice a year basis support Project Management team with collection of evident for financial audits
- Support for intercompany contracts process: work with CMO and PM teams to define process and harmonise between sites, prepare the necessary documentation and keep updated IC WO/CO data, track and request purchase orders for billing, and billing MS monitoringand closure
- Management of projects left with stability studies only
- Facilitate Material Shipment management by tracking shipment plan and liaising with Logistics for status update and issues
- Ensures a consistent approach in Change Order preparation in order to offer a high quality service throughout timely manner preparation and, at the same time, guarantees high standards and quality of issued documents
- Identifies new processes and leads the current ones owned by Project Support in order to maximise project management efficiency and revenue recognition and forecast accuracy
**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience in supporting roles to Operations
- Very good command of Excel and MS Office tools
- Basic knowledge of process and project management tools would be a plus (eg. Project Office, Camunda etc.)
- Understanding of financial basics would also be a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to work with personnel at all levels
- Good networking ability
- Flexibility in adjusting to a rapidly changing workload and ability to work during times of high stress
- Good planning skills, ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
