We are looking for a bar supervisor who can confidently deliver an exceptional service and engage with our members and their guests in a relaxed environment.

Being an Arts Club we are a little quirky
- but that only ads to the charm of the job. You will have have experience working in a busy bar environment, be reliable and friendly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage staff training (with the support of F&B Manager)
- Present weekly sales reports at management meetings
- Organise Recrutment for the Bar (with the support of F&B Manager)
- Manage the stock and orders
- Organise the staff rota
- Fill drink orders from customers quickly.
- Handle customer complaints and requests.
- Be friendly to customers.
- Work as part of a team and coordinate with other staff members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £14.00 per hour
