**What will I be doing as Housekeeping Supervisor?**

The Housekeeping Supervisor should be dedicated to working within a team to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness in our guest rooms and public areas.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met.
- Run sold room reports, verify room status, address discrepancies, prioritize room cleaning, and update the status of departing guest rooms.
- Assist housekeeping management in overseeing daily activities.
- Coordinate efforts between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments.
- Document and resolve discrepancies with the Front Desk, and manage room assignment changes.
- Communicate issues to the next shift and complete necessary paperwork.
- Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.

**What are we looking for?**
- Prior experience in a Team Leader or Housekeeping Supervisory role within a 5-star property is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in computer software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Guestline or the implementation of a property management system is valued but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
