**Objectives**:

- **Main duties**:

- Matching, checking and coding invoices.
- Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Resolve older queries on Supplier accounts.
- Timely identification and resolution of queries involving liaison by phone or written communication with internal staff and external suppliers.
- Provide support as needed for the accounts team.
- To assist the payroll manager during “payroll time” and learn how to run all 6 end to end payrolls, taking ownership of 2 of them.
- Responding to payroll queries from colleagues
- Running payroll reports, plus ad-hoc reports when necessary.
- Updating the HR system with pay changes
- Pension admin for our Nest Pension Schemes.
- Responsibility for managing our benefits administration including Perkbox and ensuring the correct amounts are deducted in the payroll for our Tech Scheme, Cycle to Work Scheme & Car Maintenance scheme.
- Reconciling our accounts with our payroll figures.
- To work with and support the HR team when necessary.
- Any other jobs as and when required
- **Knowledge & Experience**:

- Suitable training will be given to allow administration staff to be able to carry out their duties to a high level.
- Relevant experience in a purchase ledger role
- 2 years payroll experience is desirable.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Good accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to prioritise and organize workload.
- A willingness to get stuck in and use own initiative.
- Numerate and literate.

Whilst in training, this role will be office based. Following a successful training period the role will be a mix between home and office.
