**Warehouse Supervisor**

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**: Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to ensure optimal productivity and performance.
- **Warehouse Operations**: Oversee warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- **Inventory Control**: Maintain accurate inventory control systems to minimise stock discrepancies and optimise stock levels.
- **FLT Operations**: Operate FLT Flexi equipment safely and efficiently to support warehouse operations.
- **Health and Safety**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
- **Performance Management**: Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary training and development.
- **Problem-Solving**: Troubleshoot issues that arise within the warehouse, taking prompt and effective action to resolve problems.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously seek ways to improve warehouse efficiency and streamline processes.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Valid FLT Bendi/Flexi license.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems.
- A commitment to health and safety.

**Shifts and Pay**:
Monday to Friday - 8am-6pm ( Please note we do need someone who can be flexible with working hours depending on orders and loads on certain days)

£14 per hour paid weekly
