As we move into our new 16,000 sq ft warehouse, we are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and hardworking individual to join our team and play a key role in our growth. **Standard Weekly Hours**:47.5

**Function**: Warehousing, Loading and Unloading & Facilities

**Job Purpose**:
The purpose of the Warehouse Supervisor is to have overall responsibility for the warehousing function across the two companies Chadkirk Transport Ltd and RH & D Ltd.

This includes all aspects from goods in/out, storage, picking, packing, H&S within the warehouse, loading and unloading, warehouse cleanliness and overseeing the warehouse team.

To ensure all deliveries are ready to be dispatched and loaded onto the vehicles within required time frames, with the correct paperwork printed for drivers.

To ensure the system information is correct, so that we are fully aware when everything arrived and left as well as whereabouts in the warehouse it is stored at all times and customers can clearly see what stock they have in the warehouse.

To manage and report back on all facilities tasks within the group, ensuring all vital services, repairs, maintenance, waste disposal and security are all considered and taken care of.

**Accountabilities**:

- Update and keep live complete inventory for the whole business.
- Ensuring system stock levels match physical stock levels by conducting PI counts on a daily basis.
- Assisting with regular inventory checks.
- Assist in resolving any stock discrepancies.
- Liaising with drivers delivering and collecting goods.
- Support and ensure compliance with all warehousing requirements
- Collate and store all delivery notes so they are always easily accessible. This should be online.
- Prepare outbound deliveries including loading vehicles and printing delivery paperwork.
- Overall responsibility for goods in, storage, picking, packing, H&S within the warehouse, loading and unloading and management of the warehouse operatives.
- Full accountability for the warehousing function across the two businesses.
- Take receipt of all inbound deliveries and distribute them to the correct areas of the warehouse for storage.
- Ensure all deliveries are booked in to systems as soon as they arrive.
- Maintain the goods in and out area ensuring it is clear and organised at all times.
- To assist with gaining ISO and/or BRC and continually comply with requirements for the business once acquired.
- To manage and report back on all Facilities tasks within the group, ensuring all vital services, repairs, maintenance, waste disposal and security are all considered and taken care of.
- To ensure the exterior of the building including the yard shows the company prides itself on the way it operates by maintaining a high level of cleanliness across all areas of the site.
- Maintain a vigilant approach to security across the site.

**Knowledge, qualifications and experience**:

- Qualifications in logistics, business administration, or a related field are preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory management software & Excel
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- CB Fork Lift Licence and experience required.
- Reach truck experience required.
- Class 1 or 2 Licence beneficial.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
