Our Public Sector client is looking for a number of strong Administrators to help support their Customer Advice Team. This is a short term full time 37.00 hours a week temporary role for about two months, paying £11.03 p/hr. This role is currently remoteworking and equipment will be provided by the client. However please be aware that should government guidelines change it will be a blended role, requiring two days a week in their Stafford offices. The main role responsibilities are listed below, and any other ad hoc administration duties as required: " After training you will be required to answer a high volume of calls from their clients, these include farmers, veterinarians and members of the public " You will be providing advice and guidance to these customers, escalating where necessary in the appropriate timescales " A knowledge database will be available to use to help with these calls, but there is an expectation that you learn and understand information too to feel confident to answer the calls " Completing all logs and processing any work associated with the call, this may include data entry and updating databases and office systems You will be required to show good communication and telephone skills (including the ability to calmly and professionally gain information required from customers, probing for further detail when required). Good IT Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel,Word, SharePoint, databases, Outlook) Please be aware that this role will require a DBS and three years referencing.
