**Position: Female Care Worker - Urgently Needed**

**Salary: £15 per hour for day shifts and waking nights, with sleep-in nights paid at National Minimum Wage (NMW)**

About iCare Living

iCare Living is a rapidly growing national company dedicated to supporting individuals with complex health conditions in their own homes. We provide comprehensive training to ensure our team members are confident and skilled in their roles.

As a Female Care Worker, you will assist a child with complex health needs in living as independently as possible in their own home and local community. We offer full nursing training and opportunities for career development.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Support**: Provide care for a child with complex health needs, including PEG feeding, moving & handling, and medication administration.
- **Care**: Maintain a warm and friendly approach while delivering exceptional care.
- **Teamwork**: Work as part of a team on a regular shift rota basis, with both full-time and part-time hours available.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Experience or willingness to learn how to manage clients with complex health needs.
- **Attributes**: Well-presented, punctual, and reliable with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- **Compliance**: Enhanced DBS check required (or already on the DBS update service).
