**Job Title**:Lead Project Professional

**Salary**:£45,628+ depending on skills and experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Establishing and managing configuration change within the programme
- Developing a clear structured plan for build progression in the programme
- Identifying and managing risks and opportunities within the project
- Liaising with senior stakeholders through chairing and presenting meetings
- Daily management of the team and reporting up to Executive level stakeholders
- Identifying resource demands within the team and gaps in skills/knowledge with a prepared plan to address
- Undertaking advanced problem solving and scenario development

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential:

- Demonstrable Project Management experience working on complex projects
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team
- Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent Stakeholder Management experience
- Project Management qualification e.g. APM

Desirable:

- Experience within the Defence industry
