One of my best clients who are a well-established and well managed IT Service and Security provider with extensive experience of dealing with all sizes of businesses is looking to add an IT Support Engineer to their already thriving team. Whether they are Windowsor Apple based, the company aims to give their clients a complete technology peace of mind.
They are now on the lookout for a 1st and 2nd Line Support Engineer due to new client wins and expansion This is a great chance to join a business which will allow you to undertake a mixture of project and support duties from day one.
**Role Responsibility's**:
- Provide 1st and 2nd Line Support to users across the one site and remotely
- Provide support and play an integrable part in projects
- Conduct software and hardware installations
- Maintain anti-virus and malware software
