A passionate IT Support Engineer who is able to design and create automation tools using Powershell is required up a fantastic School based near Cheltenham.

In addition, this opportunity will give you fundamental exposure to an array of technologies that will aid you in your growth and development.

An annual salary of up to £34,979 + training & development (certifications), discount at Apple stores, generous holiday allowance etc. This role will be based full time on site.

**Client**

You will join a strong IT department at a successful School based near Cheltenham. Providing you with core training and development in a role where no day will look the same.

**What you will be doing**:

- To perform routine Safeguarding reviews, highlighting concerns & escalating.
- To design bespoke/custom software solutions to resolve issues & improve the service provided.
- The installation & maintenance of the school’s IT/CCTV/Telephony resource, including endpoints, infrastructure, mobile devices, audio visual devices, servers, Wi-Fi infrastructure,
- To Mentor & train the post of IT Helpdesk & quality assure any work undertaken

**What you will need;**
- Advanced experience in supporting a Microsoft Windows environment
- Experience in creating Powershell scripts, & building web products to meet bespoke needs
- Excellent hardware knowledge & skills & the ability to diagnose & repair faults with PC, laptops, projectors, & other IT equipment
