**Accounts Apprentice**
- Deliver high quality products and services to the customers of their organisation. The apprentice’s actions will influence the customer experience and their satisfaction.
- Key responsibilities include dealing with orders, payments, offering advice, guidance and support, meet-and-greet, sales, fixing problems, after care, service recovery or gaining insight through measuring customer satisfaction, being the first point of contact and work in any sector or organisation type.

**Specific Tasks**
- Assisting with purchase and sales ledger processing
- Raising invoices and credit notes
- Reconciling payments and bank statements
- Inputting financial data into accounting software
- Supporting month-end procedures and reporting
- General admin duties to support the accounts and office teams
- Learning and developing key finance and business skills through hands-on experience and structured learning

**Desired skills and personal qualities**
- A keen interest in finance/accounting
- Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within a team
- Good communication and IT skills (Excel experience is a plus)
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English - Grade 4/C or above
- A proactive attitude and a passion for the automotive industry is a bonus

**Qualifications**

Apprentices will be required to have GCSE or equivalent English and Maths (Level 2) prior to completion of their apprenticeship.

**Training**

This is 100% workplace delivered through online materials and tutor support.

**Job Type**: Apprenticeship

Pay: From £302.00 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Henley on Thames RG9 1HG
