**FIELD CARE SUPPORT SUPERVISORS WANTED**

**£11.79 per hour/ £15,327.00 PER ANNUM**

AS Care are currently looking for a Field Support/Field Care Supervisors to join us in our Leeds office on a part time basis.

You will be reporting in to the Quality Officer & Branch Manager and be required to delegate duties to Support Workers.

Our Field Support Supervisors are responsible for managing a staff team and liaising closely with the recruitment function to ensure their services are adequately staffed.
- Build and maintain great relationships with our service users.
- To provide a service and deliver care from time to time when emergencies, or short-term requirements present such a need. This may be in the absence of any other member of staff.
- Support our Coordinators to keep in touch with service users and their families.
- Undertaking Quality Assurance and Service Reviews.
- Be part of the out of hours On Call team - additional allowance paid for this.
- Have excellent keyboard skills and be able to type up care plans etc.
- Update client care plans, audit activity logs and MAR sheets alerting care workers to any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate service user & care worker records on Electronic System Pass.
- Experienced Supervisor experience
- A mixture of in-house management training and nationally recognised qualifications.

**What we are looking for from you**:

- Experience managing a staff team
- An in-depth understanding of domiciliary care
- Prior experience in a health and social care environment
- Driver with own vehicle (travel between multiple services will be required)
- The ability to prioritise your workload
- A 'can do' attitude/Flexible

Part-time hours: 25.00 per week

**Salary**: £11.79 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Leeds: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- supervisory: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required)
