We’re on a mission to create the best-in-class experience for our customers, using the latest technology and of course, the best customer service. **ROLE**:Head of Sales based in Norwich **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**: This is an exciting opportunity to drive the creation and execution of the sales strategy across all channels, ensuring continued sales growth for Keswick’s’ Flooring Supplies and Flooring Megastore, two of the UK’s marketing leading online flooring brands,including our London based Flooring Supplies flagship store. Acting as the "Voice of the Customer" to deliver best in class customer service and bring the emotions of the Customer Experience to life to drive more customer-centric thinking and behaviours across the leadership team. **ABOUT THE ROLE**: **Responsibilities**: - Lead the successful integration of Keswick’s Flooring Megastore and Flooring Supplies sales teams - Responsible for developing an overall sales strategy to achieve agreed sales targets and profit across the company, through all channels, liaising with all stakeholders to deliver these targets - In conjunction with the Customer Services and Sales team, develop, implement, and monitor appropriate processes for the customer service & sales team to enable the continuous improvement of the service proposition for our customers and in turn achievementof sales targets and service levels required. - Ensure our London based Flooring Supplies flagship store is presented to the highest possible standards - Effective leadership of the teams to create a customer obsessed environment which excels at the delivery of ambitious sales targets and service excellence - Develop a continual training and development programme to deliver across the sales team to encourage personal development and delivery of the agreed sales process to the customer - Liaise with the marketing team to implement promotions and offers to optimise sales and customer experience across all sales channels. - Develop and implement strategies that engage the wider business, particularly customer facing environments, that enable the business to deliver market leading standards of customer service - Proactively champion change that will improve the customer service experience - Comply with all company policies and procedures and act in a way that exemplifies the company core values **ABOUT YOU**: - Experience leading and motivating teams in a multi-disciplinary customer facing environment - Managing teams at a senior level in a customer centric telesales environment delivering sales targets and influencing Customer Service strategy - Managing relationships with well-formed influencing and networking skills - Managing information analysis and implementing improvements to systems and processes based on relevant data - Working in a dynamic environment with the ability to remain calm, measured and resilient - Driving brand advocacy and customer excellence - Leading and motivating a team to work at pace and adapt to changes in demand **Keswick’s brands, Flooring Supplies and Flooring Megastore are on a significant digital and business growth journey, and this role will play a crucial part in contributing to the successful navigation of change and continued growth.
