**Research Contracts Officer**
**We are looking to recruit a Research Contracts Officer in the Joint R&D Office in the Division of Research & Innovation at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust.**

**The Research Contracts Officer provides legal advice to the Trust and reviews, drafts and amends as required a wide range of agreements connected to biomedical research carried out at Great Street Hospital and UCL Institute of Child Health, in accordance with legislation, Research Frameworks, Trust policy and professional standards, including but not limited to commercial research (e.g. contractual and financial terms), non-commercial research (e.g. site agreements, model non-commercial agreements; material/data transfer agreements), Confidentiality Agreements, Human Tissue Act clauses and Data Protection Act clauses within agreements and Consultancy Agreements.
