Role: Civil Excavation Team Leader and Operatives
Location: Inverness, Aberdeen, Livingston and surrounding areas.
Type: Permanent
Hours: 07:30 - 17:00
Rate: Up to £15 per hour + Van + Fuel Card + Overtime + Call Out and other benefits

With health, safety and customer satisfaction the main priority, as a Team Leader on our Scottish Water contract, you will be responsible for you and your team member, carrying out civil excavation activities safely.

This role is perfect if you enjoy coaching, mentoring and sharing your civil excavation experience with junior team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely undertake activities to minimise disruption to local residents/general public
- Only commencing works if it is safe to do so and escalating where required
- Carrying out client specifications in accordance with health, safety and environmental regulations as well as RAMS, NRSWA / NJUG / HAUC
- Ensure all communications are polite & professional
- Record information onto the Toughbook
- Ensure sites are left compliant for other trades and the public
- Cooperate in any incident / accident / damage investigation

**We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate..**

Previous experience of installation of water meters throughout Scotland which will require plumbing skills and knowledge of Scottish Water Network. A NRSWA qualification is desirable along with a full and valid driving licence.

A great attitude and a good understanding of why operating safely is critical, along with excellent customer service and communications skills.
