Your role is focused on the individual and their different needs, so duties are diverse which helps to keep the job interesting

**Duties include**

Administering medication

Making meals and assist in eating and drinking

Helping with personal care such as washing and dressing, skin care

Record keeping
- MAR chart (for medication), log book (recording each visit), care plan updates

Companionship
- communicating and taking interest in your clients’ needs

General domestic duties to include cleaning, bed making, laundering, fluid management, shopping

Drives or has access to a car

Has the right to work in the UK

Good communication skills

Has an enhanced DBS or willing to take one

Is kind, caring, respectful and reliable

Understand person-centred care and can demonstrate treating people as individuals and respecting choices

Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: £10.88-£12.00 per hour
