Bartender Position Available at Portway House Cafe

Portway House Cafe is currently seeking an experienced and professional Bartender to join our esteemed team. This role is crucial in providing our guests with an exceptional dining experience through expertly crafted beverages and outstanding customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to our high standards of quality.
- Engage with guests in a polite and professional manner, offering recommendations and insights into our beverage selection.
- Ensure the bar area is kept clean and well-organised, maintaining stock levels and complying with health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a bartending role, with a solid understanding of bar operations and drink preparation techniques.
- A flair for mixology, with the ability to create innovative and appealing drinks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating composure and flexibility under pressure.

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 48 per week
