Bartender We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating delightful experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste appropriately.Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when required.Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Qualifications Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.Strong understanding of basic maths for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately.Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.A friendly demeanour with the ability to help create a positive atmosphere for guests.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
