**TELESALES REPRESENTATIVE**
**Location: Poulton-Le-Fylde**
**Job Type: Full-Time**
**Salary: Up to £32,000**
**Responsibilities**
Supported by the Sales Manager, you will contribute to the sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients to upsell services through regular communication. Main duties require you to:
- Contact existing and potential clients via telephone to discuss/introduce them to our services
- Identify current estates data position and discuss the features and benefits of our services
- Respond to client enquiries and refer to appropriate person/team as required
- Maintain accurate records of all sales leads, deals won, and client account activity
- Onboard new clients and communicate progress of projects
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years B2B sales experience (School sector experience a distinct advantage)
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette
- Outbound and cold calling experience
- IT literate
- Proven organisational skills
