Sales Executive / Sales Development Representative A great opportunity for a motivated Sales Executive / Sales Development Representative to join a growing organisation, using your B2B sales, telesales and lead generation skills to build relationships and help drive business growth. Job Details Salary: £25,000–35,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission) Location: Poulton le Fylde, Lancashire, North West England (100% Office Based) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Working Hours: Flexible within shift pattern: 1–9 pm, 2 pm–10 pm, 3 pm–11 pm Monday–Thursday and half day Friday. No weekends. Interview Date: December 2025 Start Date: January 2026 Responsibilities Making Outbound Calls: Engage potential clients and introduce company services Generating Leads: Identify opportunities and pass qualified leads to the Field Sales Team Building Relationships: Develop rapport with prospective clients across multiple regions Gathering Information: Record key details accurately during calls Supporting Sales Activity: Help drive B2B sales and appointment setting Using Microsoft Office: Maintain organised records and documentation Working to Targets: Meet and exceed agreed performance goals Candidate Requirements Previous experience in telesales, lead generation or B2B sales Confident making outbound calls and building rapport Friendly and professional telephone manner Highly organised with strong attention to detail Motivated to exceed targets and work well within a small team Resilient, positive and passionate about sales Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Benefits Uncapped commission structure Realistic Year 1 earnings of £25,000 to £35,000 Target-based incentives Free car parking Half‑day every Friday How to Apply To be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
