Office Administrator

We are a long-established roofing company based in Melksham, looking for a reliable, confident and enthusiastic administrator, to provide effective office support to our Contracting Division.
This role will entail:
- Preparation of Quotations using Word, to include spreadsheets and tables
- Administration of monthly Sales Invoices and Applications for Payments using Excel and Sage 200
- Allocation of Payments within Excel and Sage 200
- Preparation of Invoicing Schedules for new contracts using Excel
- Maintaining Orders and Variations within an Electronic filing system
- Preparation and compiling of Health and Safety Files for new Contracts
- Preparation and compiling of O&M Manuals for completed Contracts
- Assisting with Credit Control for aged debts including retentions when requested
- Assisting with Reconciliation of final accounts.
- Maintaining training records
Other duties will include, but not limited to:
- Receiving incoming telephone calls and re-directing as appropriate, and ensuring messages are passed on promptly
- Assist in the processing of Purchase Invoices as required
- Adhoc duties as and when required
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent numeracy skills and written English
- High standard of typing and keyboard skills

- Accurate and timely data entry skills with attention to detail
- Flexible can-do attitude
- Ability to perform as part of a team within a small friendly office

**Annual Starting Pay of £22,000.00 will be pro-rata'd for weekly hours agreed.**
**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week
**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year

- Weekend availability
