Job role: Contract Support
Location: Dunstable, LU6
Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday
**Salary**: £27,000 - £29,000, DOE
**Overview**
Working onsite at one of our Animal Care & Management clients, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer and business support services relating to the Facilities Management of the site.
**Main duties**
- Manage Facilities Management system as key user on site including PPM records, reactive and reporting
- Plan and arrange call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials within contracted SLAs
- Schedule contractor attendance on site and ensure correct documentation is in place and reviewed, stakeholders have been communicated with and Pareto teams are aware
- Review subcontractor performance and feedback
- Actively identify/implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and continue to meet client expectations
- Ensure QHSE documentation such as toolbox talks, training and competency records, logbooks, subcontractor documentation, hazard reports etc are maintained and readily available in line with health and safety legislative regulations using relevant systems eg Computer Aided Facilities Management system
- Carry out QHSE audits alongside wider Pareto team
- Actively plan and review engineer team works on site alongside Pareto teams in conjunction with Computer Aided Facilities Management system
- Review and upload inspection paperwork, raising and coordinating remedials with Site Manger and Technical Supervisor
- Contribute to monthly customer report
- Manage fleet of vehicles on site
- Familiar with daily operations and the scope of the contract eg which services are covered, and which are chargeable
- Raise POs, quotes and jobs in a timely manner
**Essential**:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within facilities management
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Detail orientated approach with strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude towards improving processes
- Ability to work on site 8am-5pm Mon-Fri
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders

- Attention to detail
- Quick to adapt to new software and procedures
- Keen to learn and develop new skills
**Desirable**:
- Experience using a Computer Aided Facilities Management system
- Experience managing contractors on site
