## **Tender and Contract Specialist****Plenty****TORK**……There are **Plenty** **of reasons** to work at Essity:## **About the Role**Reporting to the Strategic Accounts & Contracts Manager this role is a hybrid role (3 days in the office and 2 days at home) and the ideal candidate will be located close to ideally Willerby or Dunstable.**What You Will Do**Day to day you will be responsible for:* Service Level agreements for customers joining Frameworks* Manage contract novation’s* Management of tenders:* Monitoring tender portals/ mailbox for notifications of tenders* Project managing process* Reviewing tender specifications* Collating all required information/ samples* Writing tender responses* Uploading of documentation on customer portal* Gaining internal sign off* Breaking down results of tender and communicating to wider business/ arranging tender debriefs* Storage of documentation* Pricing analysis support* Co-ordination of price increase communications to customers* Managing data requests from customers* Applying for drug tariff increases## **Who You Are**The ideal candidate for this role will have:* High attention to detail coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills* Previous experience in tenders/ contracts role* Good organisational skills* Excellent analytical skills* Agile mindset## ## ## **What We Can Offer You**Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
