Duties for the HR Advisor will include but not be limited to the following:
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees, managers, and external stakeholders, including answering employee queries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including vacancy management, interview scheduling, and offer administration.
- Manage employee data and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date HR information systems.
- Develop and maintain HR reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR initiatives and projects.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employment law compliance, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR service delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
- Note taking for formal meetings
- CIPD level 3 essential, CIPD level 5 would be desirable
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
