**Junior Talent Marketing Executive**

**Location**:London/ Hybrid**

**The Role**

As a Junior Talent Marketing Executive, you will support with the operational side of our Marketing activities - building, managing and deploying Marketing assets, as part of client talent-lead generation and brand-building campaigns to support our clients' attraction and engagement efforts.

You will receive full training from experienced marketers on the team to enable effective use of all talent marketing related activities - client liaison, social media management, talent mapping, audience mapping to enable you to be fully effective in supporting our Talent Marketing campaigns. You will also support the wider Sales and Marketing teams with any day-to-day, ad-hoc requirements and projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Briefing design and copywriting teams and external agencies to deliver high quality creative recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Partnering with our client teams, as well as building and developing relationships with customer stakeholders and sponsors to communicate marketing proposals effectively.
- Work with client teams and other members of the Marketing Team to come up with out-of-the-box ideas, including innovative digital solutions for hard-to-fill vacancies.
- Helping to manage social channels
- Managing and adding content our careers portals
- Understanding how to identify key market talent trends for the purposes of informing client-led conversations
- Liaising with senior stakeholders on wider client-related activity
- Reporting any issues to IT and work towards resolution
- Competitor analysis - monitoring and tracking key competitor activity

**About you**
- Experience in Marketing would be advantageous, particularly with a digital focus.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- To be highly creative and able to pick up new technologies and innovations quickly.
- To have a passion for driving innovation in Marketing.
- A degree within Marketing practices would be advantageous, but not essential.
- An analytical mind - you'll be keen to understand audience behaviour, and how that will influence go-to-market strategies for our clients
- A keen eye for design - the other side of this role is creative requiring the design of assets and creative for campaigns and social media, to set brand templates/parameters
