We’re on the lookout for a dedicated **Early Years Skills Coach/Tutor** to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in inspiring and supporting apprentices as they work towards their qualifications. From delivering dynamic training sessions to providing one-to-one coaching and assessment, you’ll be instrumental in guiding learners towards success.

**What You’ll Do**:
Deliver engaging and interactive group training sessions, including induction
Support apprentices through one-to-one coaching and workplace visits
Assess and provide feedback on apprentices’ portfolios
Deliver English and maths Functional Skills up to Level 2
Monitor progress, set challenging targets, and help learners achieve their goals
Maintain high levels of apprentice attendance, retention, and achievement

**What We’re Looking For**:
A background in Early Years with at least three years experience in the sector
Experience delivering training to **16+ learners and adults**
A passion for coaching, mentoring, and supporting apprentices to reach their full potential
A **Level 3 Teaching Qualification** (or willingness to work towards)
A **TAQA or equivalent assessor qualification**
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and engaging approach

As this is a **peripatetic role**, you’ll need a **full driving licence and access to a car with Business use on Insurance**, as training will take place across employer locations.
