Job Description Tees Valley Hospital | Administration Assistant to the Private Patient Manager Tees Valley Hospital in Middlesbrough is part of Ramsay Health Care’s UK network of private hospital services and is a purpose-built facility in Acklam close to Middlesbrough town centre. It offers services to private and NHS patients for the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of surgical conditions. Administration Assistant - Fixed term contract 22.5 hours per week The role The position will provide administrative support to the Private Patient Manager and include direct customer contact to facilitate the private patient journey ensuring delivery of excellent customer service and growth in private patient volumes. This is an extremely busy role liaising with patients, Consultants and all hospital departments. We need an individual with a professional approach, excellent verbal communication skills, initiative and the ability to work within a team. You must be computer literate - experience with Word and Outlook being essential.
