**Description**:
It’s an exciting time to join AXA Health with significant investment planned to transform, deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes. As part of this, we’re looking for a talented person to join our Marketing & Proposition Team. We have fixed term contract / secondment (1 year) and permanent opportunities.
As a Wellbeing Services Owner, you’ll manage a set of Wellbeing assets and services. Covering both expert clinical process and technology assets, you’ll understand how to best deliver a Wellbeing product, the services it sits within and the internal and external customer journey. At AXA we’re adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and our London office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll spend 1 - 2 days per week in the London office, with Monday being our onsite team day.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Be the ‘go-to’ expert for your wellbeing and clinical asset’s; you will have a complete understanding of the clinical asset, including the channel it works within, the systems it interacts with, the product/ service journey, the service blueprint, service improvement cycle and the roadmap.
- Work collaboratively with teams across the business to ensure changes and releases effectively solve real problems while adhering to clinical governance best practice and representing the voice of the customer
- Contribute to the portfolio’s strategic vision and category roadmap as well as support on Wellbeing Proposition projects ranging from developing new wellbeing services to improving existing services and platforms to support our clinical delivery
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in a similar role - for example wellbeing product owner, analyst or relevant clinical role
- Relevant degree in a health-related field (e.g. psychology, sports science) is essential
- Skilled in writing care pathways and engaging in clinical governance discussions. Ability to create Service blueprints & detailed clinical operational process maps
- Able to write & assess requirements and user stories
- Experience of writing Standard Operating Procedures & associated training
- Able to complete a gap analysis and competitor review
- Knowledge of project management and experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio
- Analytical mindset and problem solving
- Awareness of competitor wellbeing product capability
