An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and ambitious **Service Advisor** at SLM Suzuki Tunbridge Wells, which includes Vauxhall Authorised Repairer & Bosch Service Centre.

We are looking for someone enthusiastic and motivated to join our Service team as a **Service Advisor**. The role involves guiding the customer throughout their aftersales journey, from booking in their vehicle to liaising with them until their vehicle is ready to collect.

Our Service Advisors work alongside our busy workshop team who carry out vehicle services, MOTs and repairs, to ensure that the customer receives excellent customer service throughout.

SLM Tunbridge Wells has recently taken on the Suzuki new car franchise, making it an exciting multi-brand aftersales opportunity, including Suzuki, incorporating a Bosch Car Service as well as continuing as a busy Vauxhall brand Authorised Repairer. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, experienced, and ready to make an impact from their first day

Our Service Advisors at Suzuki Tunbridge Wells work Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.

**Key Job Areas of the Service Advisor role**:

- Agree the details of the work to be carried out with the customer.
- Builds rapport and qualifies the customer’s requirements.
- Liaises with the workshop to deliver agreed jobs set.
- Updates the customer throughout the process, and ensures customer satisfaction on completion.
- Works as a full member of the dealership team.

**What we’re looking for in a Service Advisor**:

- Excellent customer service/people skills, delivering skills to high standards.
- Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Flexible ‘can do’ approach.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to use own initiative and work with minimum supervision.

Suzuki Tunbridge Wells is part of SLM Group which continues to be a family company and has grown to include sites across the South East and East Anglia.

Pay: Up to £32,000.00 per year
