**About Uralensis**:
We are a healthcare organisation that supports the running of courses as well as providing services to the NHS and private clinics. We also have a med-tech software house.

**What does the job entail?**

Support the running of the office with other key staff and ensuring all due diligence and compliance duties are complete.

Support the safe running of our placements through organising discussions with management at each respective placement.

Helping continually review practice with the senior team and evaluate and problem solve ways to improve delivery of care for our patients.

Supporting the delivery and expansion of the organisation through liaising with hospital and council commissioners with regards to contractual agreements and services.

Recruitment of staff.

Exceptional organisation skills and task management.

Ability to delegate and manage others - in the office and remotely.

Extensive experience within administration and effective running of a busy office.

Strong analytical ability for scrutinising documentation and processes.

Computer skills, working within spreadsheets and developing documentation.

We are a small but strongly passionate team, looking to bring the right person on board to support our fast evolving and expanding organisation to meet demand as the company continues to expand into different areas and industry.

Driving license is **desirable**. Windermere train station is 10 minutes walk from our office.
