This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading Midlands Estate Agent offering award winning services to our clients across Redditch, Bromsgrove, Birmingham and the Black Country.
Your duties will include:
- Booking and conducting property inspections.
- Producing reports on a tablet then syncing, saving and sending.
- Identifying potential issues before they become a problem.
- Working closely with Property Managers to escalate urgent maintenance matters.
- Liaising with landlords and tenants to inform, negotiate and assist with resolutions.
- Compiling in-depth reports to ensure tenancies end without complication.
- Updating and maintaining the company’s CRM system.
- Providing assistance to colleagues with ad hoc duties, such as viewings.
- A 'people person' with excellent communication skills
- Extremely organised and able to prioritise tasks
- Level-headed and calm when busy
- Naturally empathetic and able to quickly read situations
- Proactive and motivated to do your best
- Keen to be 'on the go' throughout the day
- Self-reliant and able to work without supervision
- Proficient with technology and able to embrace change
- Excellent at time-keeping
- Holding a full driving licence with access to your own car
