A multi award winning Property and Construction Consultancy is seeking a bright, ambitious Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their well-established Solihull office.

**The Graduate Quantity Surveyor**

The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will join a multidisciplinary consultancy, delivering successful property and construction projects across the UK and worldwide.

The new Graduate Quantity Surveyor will be involved in a wide variety of projects across the Residential, Industrial, Commercial, and Leisure sectors. Working with a diverse client base and a specialist team of friendly, enthusiastic quantity surveyors.

The company have an impressive in-house structured training programme and an impeccable track record helping individuals through their APC.

Responsibilities including pre and post contract cost reports, estimating, evaluation of tenders, collating tender documents, and agreeing final accounts.

**The Graduate Quantity Surveyor**
- Quantity Surveying Degree
- The desire to complete APC and become MRICS
- Work experience within a UK Cost Consultancy
