Tops Days Nursery in Bouremouth** **is seeking a uniqe Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team, working on a full-time capacity.

The 131 place nursery is comprised of 4 different rooms: The Nest, Explorers, Investigators and Preschool which allows the activities to be altered to the desired age group The nursery run a number of extra-curricular activities including Tops Forest School, cooking school, Boogie Mites, yoga, meditation and much more

**Duties**:

- Support and promote children’s early education and development
- Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning that enables children to progress and prepares them for school
- You must be brave and innovative. Don't follow the crowd, do what makes you proud.
- Make accurate and productive use of assessment
- You will preferably have a little quirkiness - If a child request that you be an astronaut navigating a rocketship full of dinosaurs through out of space, you will be the best astronaut you can be
- Develop effective and informed practice
- Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
- Must not be afraid to dance in the rain, make mud pies, build sandcastles in the snow and explore the local environment.
- Work in partnership with the key person, colleagues, parents and carers or other professionals
- Be passioned about sustainability and caring for the environment

**Minimum requirement**:
