Are you driven by results and helping customers achieve success? At Major Owen’s we are looking to add to our exceptional Aftersales Team in the Parts and Showroom Department.

**Responsibilities**
- Serve as a key point of contact for Parts and Domestic Machinery enquiries in the showroom, over the phone or online.
- Maintain Service Excellence Standards across the showroom, parts department and over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records of parts sales, orders, and inventory levels using our dealer management system.
- Manage stock levels, including receiving deliveries, organising storage areas, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Provide technical advice on parts compatibility and usage to customers and colleagues.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper documentation is completed.
- Support the workshop team by sourcing parts promptly to meet repair schedules.
- Keep the parts department clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of parts.
**Skills**
- Previous experience in a customer service or technical environment is desirable, preferably within the Tractors, Plant and Domestic Machinery industries.
- A genuine interest in parts, machinery and components for Professional Machinery, with knowledge of Kubota, Toro, Stihl and Honda parts a significant advantage.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional manner.
- Good knowledge of automotive parts or willingness to learn technical specifications.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in orders and inventory management.
- Commercially minded and able to balance customer requirements with commercial decision making to drive profitability.
- Valid driving licence is desirable but not mandatory.
