**Claims Administrator**
£23,500 - £25,000 per annum

Location: Coleshill | Office Based

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9am to 5pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Taking details of new claims and handling initial phone calls
- Gathering and organising information related to each claim
- Handing over files to relevant departments
- Maintaining accurate and clear records of discussions and claim details

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Must hold a full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
