My Client is a rapidly growing business bringing digital technology to the global insurance marketplace. Their technology is deployed in some of the worlds leading insurers globally including UK, USA Europe, etc providing clients with enhanced customer serviceand productivity.

They seek experienced claims handler to join their small claims management team.
- Delivering excellent customer service through positive and proactive claims management.
- Ability to deal with difficult challenging calls.
- Manage all claim administration aspects, from initial set-up of claim, through the investigation stage, completion of mitigation and finally repair stage of the claim.
- Maintain excellent and proactive communication with all parties involved in claims, including customers, clients, suppliers and colleagues.
- Delivering excellent customer service to customers, clients and colleagues.
- Ensure claims are managed in accordance with client and company philosophies.
- Identify improvements to process and system through normal day to day claims management.
